US 41 is thrilled to welcome Z's Music Kitchen to the US 41 family of advertisers. This is a fantastic facility with great food and lots of room for live music. They're featuring a RUSH Tribute, AFTERIMAGE Saturday night, and we'll have updates on all their shows on US 41.
"Fast" Eddie Coyle was my broadcasting school teacher in 1978/79 at American Academy of Broadcasting in Philadelphia. I got lucky. He taught me the basics of broadcasting, told me about all the girls I'd be getting, and was just really cool. I followed his career from afar, and we re-connected in the social-media age. And when he retired to Naples, I was thrilled to have him join my staff at SUNNY 106.3, and then he VOLUNTEERED to work at US 41, just to help me out, and stay "in the game" so to speak. Eddie's looking for a more viable economic situation for himself, so effective immediately, we have an opening in afternoon drive. I continued to learn from Eddie every day, and we've left the door open for him to return if he desires. Thank you Eddie!!
